New Color Clients:

All new color clients must first book a color consultation separate from their hair color appointment. At this  appointment your stylist will discuss what can be achieved, the time it will take, what service you need to book, the price, and they will help mitigate any and all expectations.

Professional Courtesy:

We give all clients a 15 minute professional courtesy. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be "no-showed" and the cancellation/no-show fee will be applied to your next service.

Cancellation/No-Shows:

We require minimal 24 hours notice for any cancellation, if you fail to give us the required notice a charge of 50% the service cost will be applied to your next service. No-shows are treated as cancellations.

 

Hate Speech/Bigotry:

Hate speech and Bigotry is not welcomed at Rebel Salon, we cater to a lot of different individuals from many different walks of life. One of the owners are LGBTQIA+ and we do serve a lot of guests from the LGBTQIA+ community along with guests from other marginalized communities. If you are spreading hate speech and/or bigoted rhetoric your service will come to an end, you will be asked to pay for all products used in your service and you will be asked to leave the salon.
